Gurjinder has worked in the residential community support, distribution, ground handling and the airlines industries.

Gurjinder received his B.S. from Harry Vans Arsdale Center for Labor Studies, and his M.A at Suny Empire State College of New York, and he also holds the Environmental Occupational Health certificate from U of Victoria along with an advanced certificate in Human Resources Management also from the Empire State University of New York.
